Among others, there is one very important policy we adhere to without exception – to use the fairest hiring practices possible. In practical terms, we work to make the actual hiring process as efficient as possible. This means that after you apply, the HR department will contact you for an initial screening to take place over the phone. Your application is then passed on to the department you are applying to. That department may then invite you for a personal interview, and the process will continue from there on an individual basis according to various factors. Getting to your first personal interview can take some time, but we always do our best to respond to an application within four weeks to set up the initial screening.
