"I started at BENTELER in Paderborn in 2008 and quickly discovered opportunities I had never expected. From the beginning, working with colleagues from many cultures was an exciting experience and allowed me to build a global network of friendships.

BENTELER has always supported my development. After two years in Paderborn, I returned to Brazil and have since taken on several roles, each bringing new tasks, teams and learning experiences.

Working in a global environment means balancing global standards with local customer needs. In the technical department, we are challenged daily to create innovative solutions. I’m constantly inspired by how new technologies enable us to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

My motivation is simple: finding solutions that make life a little better. As Product Engineering Manager, I work to develop technologies that not only meet but inspire our customers. These challenges energize me every day."

Since 2020, I have been working as a technical expert on materials engineering in the Mercosur region.
