Sebastian Voß: From dual student to Head of Sales and Display Glass
I have been part of the BENTELER family for many years because I believe in our values and enjoy helping shape our company’s development. My dual mechanical engineering degree at BENTELER Maschinenbau GmbH strengthened my fascination for technology and our machines.
After completing my studies, I moved into sales, first as a sales engineer and later as a sales manager. An MBA helped me better understand the strategic and economic aspects of our projects. I value the mix of technology, innovation, responsibility, and creative freedom—especially in direct collaboration with our customers.
Today, I am responsible for the technical glass division. I find cross-divisional work exciting, particularly as we position ourselves in growing markets with BENTELER’s expertise and our high-quality machines.
What drives me? Representing innovation, professionalism, and customer focus every day. I am proud to be part of this company and look forward to what lies ahead.
