Isabella Zajontz
Isabella joined BENTELER at the beginning of 2023. Since then, she has worked her way up from an internship during her communications studies in Salzburg to a specialist role in HR marketing. She particularly appreciates the family atmosphere at the Salzburg location and the close cooperation within the team, where everyone can rely on each other at all times. “What I really enjoy is that I have many colleagues at different locations with whom I work – and that this has allowed me to get to know an incredible number of people.” Although she is still young, Isabella feels valued for her skills and motivated to inspire other young talents to join the BENTELER world.

A Journey of Growth and Opportunity at BENTELER
Tim started his career at BENTELER in 2008 as a dual student in Paderborn. Over the past 17 years, he has progressed from Junior Controller to Vice President Corporate Controlling – a journey shaped by curiosity and openness to new challenges.

Tim combined operational expertise as Plant Controlling Manager with an international experience, spending two years in Michigan, USA, with his family. Upon returning to Germany, he stepped outside the Finance world to lead the Sales Service team for the Automotive Division. Later, another exciting chapter began in Salzburg.

Since 2022, Tim has been living near Salzburg with his family. His advice to emerging talents: stay open to challenges and embrace opportunities – they can lead to extraordinary experiences.
