In addition to our industrial operations, Brazil – specifically Campinas – is home to BENTELER headquarters for the Americas, acting as a true service hub. From here, we lead strategic areas such as finance, engineering, human resources, communication, IT, and ESG.

Founded in 1996, our Campinas facility is the largest and oldest BENTELER plant in Brazil, covering more than 35,000 m². It serves nearly all major OEMs in the country, offering a broad range of value-added solutions – from cold and hot-formed parts to chassis, modules and BIW sub-systems. This plant combines scale, experience, and innovation to deliver high-quality automotive solutions.
Porto Real
Porto Real
Since 2005, our Porto Real plant has been a hub of advanced manufacturing, covering 16,000 m². With core expertise in assembly, welding, coating, laser cutting, and inspection technologies, the site produces a wide range of welded parts. In 2021, new chassis and structural welding processes elevated the plant to Hybrid Complex status, integrating modules (JIS) and driving innovation in automotive solutions.

In operation since 2014 in Santa Catarina, this plant covers a total area of almost 6,000m², divided into two main sites: module and powertrain. The facility is responsible for assembling corners, front and rear modules, and performing complete engine dress-up of the powertrain for premium vehicles of a local OEM.
São Caetano do Sul
São Caetano do Sul
Established in 2017, the São Caetano do Sul plant specializes in the supply of automotive module systems, including full vehicle suspension assemblies – comprising rear, front, and structural suspension modules, as well as welded automotive components.
The plant operates on the Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) production principles, ensuring seamless integration with customer assembly lines and maximizing operational efficiency.
With a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery, the São Caetano plant consistently delivers added value to its employees, customers, and investors. Its deep technical expertise and commitment to excellence make it a key contributor to the automotive supply chain.

Our Goiana plant, established in 2020, is located in Pernambuco, Northeastern Brazil. The facility focuses on producing advanced structural components for the automotive industry, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as hot forming, welding, laser cutting, and precision inspection.

Cleber Rossini has been with BENTELER for nearly 25 years, starting as a technical intern at age 19. With dedication and a passion for people, he advanced through roles in quality, production, product and manufacturing engineering becoming a plant director in Camaçari and South Africa. Today, he serves as Director of Operational Excellence for Brazil and South Africa. Cleber is driven by a clear purpose: “I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say: Because of you, I didn’t give up.”
