Leading Employer Global
In addition to being named one of the “Leading Employers Germany 2024”, BENTELER is also officially one of the top 1% of employers to be named as “Leading Employer Global 2024”.
The study examined up to 235,000 companies and is based on scientific meta-analysis methodology. It is neither a commissioned study, nor open to company applications for certification. Up to 250 global sources, perspectives and techniques are incorporated into a holistic assessment. These sources include the companies’ career websites, HR magazines, blogs and networks, as well as a keyword catalogue-based Google search.
