I start by reviewing the day’s schedule and previous shift reports. I lead a gemba walk, follow up on improvement ideas, and coach team leaders, clarifying questions, removing blockers, and facilitating problem-solving. I execute planned activities tied to ongoing projects, monitor progress, and prepare the next day’s schedule. I also facilitate a daily stand-up with a KPI review with management to align priorities and sustain momentum.
