BENTELER has 8 strategic plants across Spain, located in Burgos, Martorell, Valencia, Vitoria, Palencia, Vigo (Valladares & Mos), and Pamplona. Each site plays a key role in delivering innovative automotive solutions and offers exciting career opportunities in a dynamic industrial environment.

Over this time, both have gone through different stages in their professional journey, but with one thing in common: the stability and opportunities the company offered them. For Roberto, the work environment has been demanding but always rewarding and positive, highlighting the importance of his colleagues.

My journey at BENTELER began more than two decades ago. Back then, machines and technology were the main aspects for me. Over time, this focus shifted. Along the way I have had the opportunity to work in maintenance, quality, engineering and in operation.
Today, as plant manager of the Vitoria plant, it's above all the people and the overall company that are my focus.

The BENTELER Spain internship program offers students the opportunity to apply the skills they learn in the classroom while gaining practical experience in a dynamic professional environment. Interns work 30-40 hours per week, allowing them to combine meaningful professional development with their academic priorities. We always adapt to their needs. Throughout the program, students build valuable networks, strengthen their technical and professional skills, and explore career paths with the support of experienced mentors.
We also support apprenticeships through a dual training program. This program ensures that students complete internships at our companies while pursuing their studies, thus guaranteeing their future employment with the company.
Interns at BENTELER Spain receive a competitive monthly salary and are provided with all the necessary supplementary training, from language classes to more technical courses.
Internship opportunities are offered in a variety of settings, from hands-on maintenance roles such as Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Operations, to administrative office functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and IT, among others. These internships are designed to provide a meaningful experience while supporting students' academic engagement and professional growth.
