At BENTELER Skultuna, our team includes colleagues from 10 nationalities. We see this diversity as one of our strengths – helping us collaborate and grow together.
Our factory in Skultuna, just outside Västerås, is BENTELER’s only plant in Sweden. Skultuna became a modern industrial town during the 20th century and is famous for one of the world’s oldest active brass mills.
At BENTELER Skultuna we use three manufacturing technologies - forming, machining and welding. Our operators produce over eight million parts per year for our customers. We also have a quality department as well as a maintenance and a logistics department where our colleagues work to ensure that our production functions in the best possible way.

All employees who are involved in production are given the opportunity to have an eye examination every year. Office staff are also offered to do an eye examination when the need arises.

Adnan Bajramovic, Launch ManagerI’m responsible for continuous improvement and efficiency in collaboration with a team of highly experienced colleagues. I coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and rapid implementation of improvement initiatives and product-related assignments. As an interdepartmental coordinator, I manage schedules, risks and communications to ensure successful outcomes – whatever the challenges. My experience has been shaped by a journey from the shop floor to my current role, enriched by hands-on work with automation technologies, including industrial robotics and PLC systems.
